Burial Ground occupies recently drained scrubland in County Galway, preserving plain headstones scattered without alignment inside a small rectangular boundary. A stepped path leaves the northern edge and descends to an adjoining holy well, linking death, memory and water in one quiet gesture. The stones offer no names or dates, yet they suggest that people once chose this wet, exposed place for laying out the dead and visiting them beside living water.

In an area of recently drained scrubland. Indicated on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as a small unenclosed rectangular graveyard (L c. 45m, Wth c. 35m). A number of plain headstones, in no apparent alignment, are visible. A stepped path leads from N end of graveyard to an adjoining holy well (GA055-026002-).
