Childrens Burial Ground is a small grave field hidden inside a possible cashel in County Galway, where five narrow slab-lined chambers and numerous east-west set stones still mark the departed. The graves measure about one metre long and forty centimetres wide, a size that suggests children rather than adults. Rough pasture and overgrowth have claimed most of the site, leaving only two central chambers clearly visible. The place holds the quiet shock of young lives buried beside an ancient stronghold, perhaps belonging to the same community that built or used the cashel.

Numerous small set stones, indicating graves aligned E-W, are visible as well as five slab-lined graves (L 1m; Wth 0.4m). Possible early Christian or medieval burial site, given the alignment and slab-lined graves. Its association with a cashel suggests a defended settlement with funerary use, possibly of local tribal or monastic significance.
