What is recorded here

Indicated is a forgotten oval cashel in County Galway, Ireland, where a collapsed drystone wall has surrendered to overgrowth. It measures fifty metres north-south and forty metres east-west, yet it remains so poorly preserved that the boundary between human making and natural reclaiming has vanished. The grassland holds no marker, no gate, no warning, only the faint suggestion that a fort once stood before disappearing back into the earth.
