Tankardstown Church stands in the centre of an L-shaped burial ground in County Limerick, Ireland. A post-1700 stone wall encloses the area, with an entrance gate at the east. The graveyard stretches roughly 55 metres north-south and 135 metres east-west. People have laid their dead to rest inside this wall for centuries. The church watches over them still.
