Enclosure in Brees — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Eighty metres east of a castle in Brees, a circular enclosure waited in pasture until farm buildings and a modern garden swallowed it. An 1811 estate map named it Danes Fort, but later maps erased the line and the grass forgot the shape. The land still holds the absence, smooth and silent beneath the feet of anyone walking past the place where memory stopped being drawn.

In pasture, located on elevated ground c. 80m E of a castle (MA091-010----).A modern house and garden are immediately to S, and there are farm buildings immediately to E. A circular enclosure, marked ‘Danes Fort’ is shown on an 1811 estate map (NLI Ms. 2713) at roughly this location. It is not shown on the 1838 and 1920 OS 6-inch maps.
