RATH in Brackagh is an ancient earthwork in County Fermanagh, Ireland, preserved only as a point on an official map. The name Rath suggests a defended ring or local stronghold, yet no surviving wall, trench or story confirms that shape. A person may have stood inside the circle during a storm, watching rain fill the depression and marking the boundary between lived space and forgotten land.
