What is recorded here
Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1925. Now disused. Pitched (shared) artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered channelled piers to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone or concrete sills, inscribed voussoirs, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A well-proportioned modest-scale house retaining the original character, thereby contributing pleasantly to the visual appeal of the streetscape.
