In reclaimed pasture. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and on the 1900 revision as a small circular enclosure (diam. c. 19m). The monument has been levelled and is visible on satellite imagery (Google Earth Pro, imagery date 20 November 2005) as a cropmark. The small size of this enclosure suggests it may have been a barrow.
