Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballyvaughan (Castletownarra parish) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballyvaughan (Castletownarra parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a natural rise in undulating pastureland and measures about 28 metres from north to south. Maps drawn before recent changes show a small circular enclosure defined by a bank, while a neighbouring farmer remembers the site standing higher with that enclosing bank. The area has since been levelled, removing the raised shape and visible bank that marked the fort.

Situated in undulating pastureland on a natural rise in the field. Depicted as a small circular enclosure defined by bank on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map and as a small hachured enclosure on the latest ed. This raised, roughly circular area (diam. c. 28m N-S) has been levelled. A neighbouring farmer remembers the site being higher with an enclosing bank. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
