Copse is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballynatray Demesne, County Waterford, Ireland. The 1840 edition of the Ordnance Survey 6-inch map marked the site as a circular wood towards the top of an east-facing slope. A scrub-covered circular area 69 metres wide from north to south is defined by an earth and stone bank 6 to 8 metres wide, rising 1.2 metres internally and 2 to 2.5 metres externally.

Marked as a circular wood on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the top of an E-facing slope. Circular scrub-covered area (diam. 69m N-S) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 6-8m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 2-2.5m), with an outer flat-bottomed fosse (at S: Wth of top 8.6m; Wth at base 1.5m; D 1m) S-N-NE. There is no visible entrance, and the pereimeter is planted with deciduous trees.
