What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1900. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render plinth. Square-headed opening with render surrounds having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and timber battened door.
Modest elevation enlivened by timber sash windows with simple render surrounds. Continuous roofline punctuated by chimneystacks and repetition of render surrounds make pleasing terrace and positive contribution to streetscape. Interestingly, elevation is asymmetrical while flanked by symmetrical elevations.
