Knockbrack Fort is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland, where a slight circular rise holds a level interior surrounded by a thick bank of thorn bushes and brambles. The external slope is cut vertically, a recent modification that sharpens the ancient line against the rough pasture and distant bog. Narrow breaks at SE, S, SW and W suggest entry, yet the dense thorns warn that the fort keeps its own boundaries.

In pasture, located on a slight rise in an area of undulating rough and average pasture interspersed with areas of bog to NE and more extensive tracts to W and SW. Slightly raised circular area (18m N–S; 18.6m E–W) defined by a bank (Wth 1.65-2m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.9m). The external slope of the bank is cut to the vertical, the result of relatively recent modification. There are narrow breaks (max. Wth c. 1m) at SE, S, SW and W. The interior is level.
