RATH in Ballyminymore

Ballyminymore still holds the buried line of a Rath, though no wall stands above the soil to mark it. The ground may have swallowed the fortress, but it did not erase the shape of the people who turned that land into a defensible life. To walk past the site is to step through a forgotten room in the house of Antrim, where absence becomes the proof that someone once refused to be forgotten.
