What is recorded here

Nine metres of square stone stood inside a forgotten earthen fort on a Galway rise, large enough to hold a room but small enough to disappear under grass and time. McCaffrey saw it in 1952, yet no one has found it since, leaving the chamber hidden beneath pasture and memory.

On a rise in undulating cleared pastureland. Associated with a densely overgrown 'earthen fort(?)' (GA104-029003-) and described as a (McCaffrey (1952, 213) as a 'square stone structure' (c. 9m N-S; c. 9m E-W), which was located within the W half of the interior. Not located.
