Raheenagoorlock is a small circular burial mound in County Kildare, marked by granite stones and a low wall at the end of a ridge. The earliest visible date is 1791, but the faint fosse and bare earth suggest people have laid others to rest there since long before writing reached the place. It is not grand, yet it is unbroken: a quiet line of death and memory stretching through centuries of rain, cartwheels and silence.

A small, low, approximately circular mound (max. diam. 13.3m; H. 0.5m) at end of low ridge. It is enclosed by a low granite wall with traces of a fosse. There are a number of granite gravestones, two of which have dates, the earlier being 1791. No visible trace of any structure. Date of upload: 8 September 2016

This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed. The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
