What is recorded here

Near the bottom of a gentle N-facing slope in pasture and karst limestone, within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). A subrectangular enclosure (int. dims. 20m E-W; 17.3m N-S) defined by an overgrown stone wall, with an annexe attached at E. The wall stones are laid in a herringbone pattern and the structure appears to be modern. A possible hut site (CL009-285----) lies c. 30m to the N and a cashel (CL009-059085-) lies c. 127m to the ESE. Compiled by: Mary Tunney and Conn Herriott Date of upload: 30 March 2022
