Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballyara OR Falduff is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballyara OR Falduff, County Sligo, Ireland. The rath appeared on the 1838 Ordnance Survey map as an embanked circular area in pasture on a north-facing slope. Today a raised semicircular area forty metres across remains, bounded by a one-metre scarp and a four-metre band of dark grass that may mark an external fosse.
In pasture, on a N-facing slope. The rath is indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as an embanked circular area. The present remains consist of a raised semicircular area (diam. 40m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 1m) S-N. A band of dark grass (Wth 4m) may indicate the line of an external fosse.
