What is recorded here

Located on the outer edge of a terrace on a NW-facing slope. The stone is limestone and has a rectangular cross-section at the base (dims 0.77m x 0.2m) which narrows as it rises and then expands before coming to a rounded crest (H 1.7m). The long side is aligned ENE-WSW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987).
