In forestry, on southern slopes of Boggeragh Mountains. Conlon (1917, 157, no. 177) recorded partially ruined 'circle' between laneway to W and five-stone circle (CO049-007----) to E. Remains formed semicircle (diam. 22 yards) consisting of 8 stones (H 8ins-32ins), five of which remained standing (ibid.). Area reforested; site not located. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
