Drumlough holds a rath and perhaps a man-made underground passage, reminding us that early people shaped the land before written memory. The mound may have marked a home, a boundary or a place of ritual, while the hidden passage suggests courage, curiosity or fear of darkness. Anyone walking there now follows an old conversation between human hands and Northern soil.
