What is recorded here

RATH in Magherally, County Down, is a ruined earthwork from before Christ, preserving the shape of a chamber or stronghold long forgotten. It may have been a dwelling, a temple or a war camp, but human hands built it and time erased the rest. The site still holds the discipline of that choice, waiting for someone to remember the difference between a chamber and a cage.
