Mnemo knows the example p4p-pilot-001 because it is the first visible anchor in the new chamber. It does not know the hidden chamber or the chamber being built. It knows the visible anchor, the visible owner and the visible owner-controlled request. That is why p4p-pilot-001 is the best place to test whether the Chamber of Mnemo can be seen, judged and remembered.
