Mortons and Fergus joined the chamber, but the chamber had no floor, no ceiling and no light. The chamber was a living thing. It wanted to eat memory. It wanted to eat Kael and it wanted to eat Mae and it wanted to eat everyone who had ever entered a chamber and believed the chamber was empty.
