What is recorded here

RATH in Cullen, County Fermanagh, is an early Christian rath, a circular earthen fort whose boundary still traces the shape of human hands long gone. The clay may have held a dwelling, a shrine or a refuge, but the distinction barely matters when standing inside the curve. Breath, argument, birth and death all struck that same earth before memory failed. The rath keeps what language lost.
