Cleeland's Fort stands in Drumatee, County Armagh, an earthen rath marked for early Christian times. Whether Cleeland lived there or merely owned the field when the ditch was cut, the name still belongs to the ridge. The earth may have swallowed chambers, ladders and ordinary weeks, but the fort shape remained because people kept returning to remember it.
