What is recorded here
Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1830, now in used as retail outlet. Pitched roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Timber fixed window and pair of glazed doors, c. 1975, to ground floor flanked by pilasters with fascia above.
The scale and form of the building make a notable contribution to the streetscape. Though now altered to the ground floor, the upper levels of the building are enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows.
