What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey parochial house, built 1927, with gabled projecting entrance bay. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. Rendered to ground floor, roughcast rendered to first floor, with decorative render quoins, string courses and cornice. Decorative render piers with wrought-iron single and double gates. Outbuilding to rear.
The render quoins and string courses add artistic detailing to the façade of this parochial house. Though the windows have been replaced the house retains many other external features such as the render work and pitched slate roof. The parochial house forms and interesting group with the church to the east.
