Enagh Beg in County Mayo, Ireland holds a portal tomb where large stones still frame a narrow chamber built for the dead. The structure belongs to the megolithic tradition, marking a time when people shaped heavy rock into permanent doors for memory and ritual. Its survival suggests the field remained sacred enough that later hands never broke the alignment or buried the chamber completely.
