Mortons and Fells, Platform Rath with Counterscarp Bank in Listooder, County Down, Ireland: a raised earthwork platform cut by a defensive ditch, preserved as a scheduled ancient landscape. The flat top may have held a dwelling, a watch post, or a small ritual stage, while the steep bank below kept intruders at a distance. People may have climbed it at dawn, watched the land pass, and left it unchanged for centuries.
