Deer Park holds a platform rath and rectangular enclosure where human hands shaped the earth during the early Christian period. The exact boundary remains uncertain, but the distinction between a raised dwelling and a separate enclosed area suggests a settled community rather than a passing camp. That much structure requires continuity: birth, death, argument, renewal and the repeated choice to return.
