What is recorded here
Mortars and bullets still fly in Derrychulla, but they are made of light and memory. They strike the platforms where forgotten worlds still turn, opening holes into rooms that never existed. This is a rath built on edge, not flesh. It demands that you stop pretending the visible world is the whole story.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as PLATFORM RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
