Thirty to forty loose brushwood pieces still span a drain face at Edercloon, measuring 3.6m wide and just 0.2m thick. They may be the remains of a platform, though no tool marks or joinery are visible. The wood lies across both drain faces, suggesting a deliberate crossing rather than random debris.

Thirty to forty loosely arranged pieces of brushwood (av. diam. 0.03m; exposed Wth 3.6m; T 0.2m) and some twigs were exposed in a drain face. They were also evident in the opposite drain face.
