Pile of stones is a cairn, boundary cairn in Moodoge, County Sligo, Ireland. It joins seven other cairns marking the Sligo-Leitrim boundary across inhospitable mountainous terrain. The pile sits at the east edge of the Truskmore plateau and appeared modern during a 1994 inspection.

Listed in the SMR (1989) and RMP (1995) and classified 'Cairn Possible' in both. Not indicated on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map. This is one of a series of eight cairns (SL006-043----; SL006-044----; SL006-047----; SL006-048----; SL006-049----; SL006-050----; SL006-051----; SL006-063----) which mark the boundary between counties Sligo and Leitrim in inhospitable mountainous terrain. Located at the E edge of the Truskmore plateau. On inspection in 1994 this was considered to be a modern-looking pile of stones. Note: This is the same monument as LE003-032----. A Bronze Age cairn; part of a cluster of funerary or ritual monuments. Its grouping with other cairns suggests a significant prehistoric landscape of burial or ceremonial activity.
