What is recorded here
Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1840, now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof with full-width dormer extension, c. 1970. Rendered walls, with aluminium fixed windows and glazed door having plastic fascia above to ground floor, c. 1970. Timber sash windows to upper floors.
Though altered to the ground floor and with a full-width attic addition, this former house remains an interesting addition to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the building. The building is enhanced by the retention of the interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and slate roof.
