Terraced three-bay four-storey former house with curved facade, built c. 1835, now in use as restaurant. Rendered walls with platbands between floors and having raised render surrounds to first and second floor openings. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Fixed windows and glazed double doors to ground floor.
The imposing scale and form of this former house make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. The curved façade of the building is an unusual feature in the urban landscape. The building is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials such as the timber sash windows and raised render detail.
