In undulating pasture, in NW corner of a field, c. 17m S of a graveyard (SL019-007002-), at the foot of the N slope of a large hill which is named Red hill on the 1913 OS 6-inch map. Subcircular or almost square area (8m N–S; 7.25m E–W) defined on the perimeter by a sod-covered stony bank (Wth 1.2-1.8m; H 0.3-0.7m). The stone bank is uneven in width and height, with the most substantial sections occurring for short stretches at E, S and NW. In parts, it is overlain by small heaps of loose stones. The interior is marked by uneven ground scattered with sod-covered stone.
