What is recorded here
Drumcullen holds Neolithic pits and an Early Medieval enclosure, proving the land served human desire across thousands of years. The pits may have marked ritual, storage or boundary, while the later enclosure suggests a community dense enough to shape the earth with walls. Together they reveal a place where curiosity, survival and pride kept returning long after the first tools broke soil.
