Multivallate raths are rare in Ireland, and Rathtrillick stands as one of the last surviving examples in County Armagh. Its concentric earthworks and hidden underground passage suggest a place built for defence, ritual or both. The site remains scheduled, preserving the shape of a world that no longer speaks its own name.
