Mountkelly Observatory (in Ruins) is a cairn, unclassified in Moydow, County Roscommon, Ireland. It stands on top of Moydow Hill at the centre of a hilltop enclosure. The subrectangular structure measures 10.4 metres northeast-southwest and 9.6 metres east-west, reaching a maximum height of 1.6 metres. Although no visible structural stones remain, a trigonometric station marks the summit.
