Gateway, c.1785, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of repointed piers having lichen-covered cut-limestone shallow pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron double gates with repointed outer piers having lichen-covered cut-limestone shallow pyramidal capping. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Mount Dalton House.
