In a small field close to centre of Inis Meáin. A subcircular grassy mound (5m by 3m, H 1.8m) of earth and stone. Traces of a possible stone revetment exist around the perimeter. (Robinson 1980) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'. Compiled by Paul Gosling (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993).
