Modern church and graveyard stand at Drumaskillen in Ballintoy Demesne, possibly above an early Christian church. The site spans post-medieval, modern, seventeenth-century and early Christian periods, layering worship and burial in one place. People have likely prayed, mourned and remembered there across centuries, while the older foundation waits beneath the living ground.
