In pasture, in level wet ground. A slightly raised subrectangular area (int. diam. 28.1m NE-SW; 23.3m NW-SE), with rounded corners, enclosed by two flat-topped earthen banks with an intervening fosse. The inner bank (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.8m) has numerous gaps. The intervening fosse (Wth 4.8m), which is wet in places, has a possible leat (Wth c. 1m; D 0.2m) feeding into its W corner. The outer bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 0.55m) is evident on the NE, SE, SW and part of NW sides.
