In pasture. Rectangular area (int. diam. 30m N-S; 22m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.6m; ext. H 2.8m); shallow, dry, external fosse to S, W and N. Enclosure skirted by road to N and E; truncated on E side due to road widening and bank replaced by stone wall. Break in bank to S. Interior level and clear of overgrowth. Listed by Barry (1981, 82, no. 19).
