In reclaimed pasture, 340m SW of an enclosure (LI031-063----). Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified from an examination of aerial photographs (OSi 1/10,000 No. 45; BGE 1/5000 No. 2503) of the region prior to the construction of the Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Monument visible as a rectangular-shaped cropmark (dims. c. 39m N-S x 31m E-W) transected at E by field boundary running NE-SE on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-2012 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 16/03/2016 and 20/09/2020.
