In Milford, on NW bank of River Deel. Down Survey (1655-6) barony map shows mill here. Old mill replaced by R. C. Chapel in early 19th century (Ó Donnagáin 1990, 71). Part of mill race (c. 550m N-S), possibly associated with this mill, is depicted on 1842 OS 6-inch map but not named; however, named 'Mill Race (Disused)' on 1904 and 1936 OS 6-inch map.
