Midden in Carrowsteelagh

This record refers to a midden, which was noted in undulating, marram grass-covered sand dunes to E of Lackan Bay. In the SMR file it is listed in the same record as a house(MA008-007002-), which was recorded by Major Aldridge (NMI Correspondence Files, 1966), however, no details are given of the midden.
