Cloghlea is a megalithic tomb in Killee, County Fermanagh, built during the PREHISTORIC period when people moved large stones to mark death, memory or ownership of the land. The name Giants Grave suggests that later listeners believed the chamber belonged to something larger than an ordinary human. That much is still visible: a place where stone was arranged to keep an absent body company long after the hands that carried it had forgotten the weight.
