What is recorded here
Inishargy holds a medieval church and graveyard marked by a thirteenth-century grave slab. The enclosure still touches County Down, preserving a place where worship and death shared one small landscape. People may have prayed beside graves they knew, carrying continuity from medieval life into later memory.
