Marfagh Clearance Cairn is a low grass-covered stone heap inside a large Donegal field, likely formed after 1700 AD when people removed stones to farm the land. It sits beside a second cairn and an older stone enclosure, marking repeated human use of the same ground. The stones may have blocked sunlight, marked a boundary, or simply gathered what the fields refused to hold.

Low field clearance cairn situated inside large field which is one of several fields in a large field system (DG015-031002-) of unknown date. The monument consists of a low grass covered stone cairn (H 0.3m; diam. 4.5m) and apprears to be the remains of a field clearance cairn inside a large field which is part of an extensive field system (DG015-031002-) and nearby stone enclosure (DG015-031).
